Alla Reddy has more than 40 years of professional experience in leadership, transit management, and decision-support technology implementation prior to retiring from MTA New York City Transit to establish his own consultancy specializing in providing analytical and technological implementation services to the wider transit industry and user communities. His entire career focuses on utilizing quantitative research to solve problems and improve system productivity and efficiency, providing policy recommendations to senior management and external stakeholders. He has extensive experience at the program manager and executive levels in systems integration (design, develop, implementation), project leadership, operations research, statistical analyses, performance audit, industrial engineering, strategic planning, process improvement, and technology evaluation.
